For Internet Express and TCG we would need you to do the following:

1.       Login to our new platform: https://tcg.shiplogic.com/login?

                                                      https://ie.shiplogic.com/login?

2. Follow instructions here: https://shiplogic.com/client-portal-user-manual/#apikeys  to generate an Access Key for your website

 

In addition to the  keys we require, there is one more step we need you to complete on TCG and Internet Express' new system. When logged in, you need to go to the settings menu on the left, and scroll down to the Tracking Section. Here you need to input your Prefix TLT that you use on Scrubbill. 

You will need to input this as your Unique Tracking Prefix and click on the Set Tracking Prefix button (Please try use your current prefix if it does not accept try an alternative and let us know if it has changed.
